Step One: Market your property

List your property on the UK's biggest portals, like Rightmove and On The Market. Any inquires can be pre-vetted to help you sift through tenants who may not be suitable. You’ll receive regular updates on viewings and feedback to keep you fully informed at every stage.

Step Two: Create your tenancy

Unlike other systems, compliance is central to Let My Way.  We’ve designed it to manage all the admin, so you can’t create an uncompliant tenancy.  This means you can finally be confident that if your relationship with your tenants breaks down, you’re safe and secure.

 

We have partnered with a professional referencing agency, Canopy, so you can complete full, background, credit, right2rent and landlord checks right within the app. 

Step Three: Deposit storage

Once the agreement is signed, we collect the tenant’s deposit and register it securely with a government-approved scheme. We provide the tenant with their prescribed information and ensure full compliance with all deposit protection requirements under UK law.
