What Phase 1 Delivers
Phase 1 provides the full digital backbone for managing properties, tenancies, compliance, maintenance, and finances. It replaces spreadsheets, emails, and fragmented tools with one system that runs the entire letting lifecycle.
This is a live, working platform—not a prototype. It is already in use as an execution-focused solution for modern property management.
Why Phase 1 Matters
Phase 1 provides the foundation for all future AI-driven automation—clean, structured data, enforced workflows, compliance logic, and true end-to-end lifecycle coverage.
The Let My Way platform is AI-ready by design, enabling seamless evolution to advanced features in Phase 2 and Phase 3. Phase 1 makes this possible.
Phase 2: System-Led Workflows (Next Rollout)
Phase 2 transforms the platform from simple software screens into guided workflows. Instead of forms and checklists, users experience task-based processes—each action is broken down into clear steps with tasks and approvals throughout.
This phase introduces task workflows for maintenance, compliance, onboarding, and tenancy changes. Work moves from draft-first to approval-driven, ensuring better sequencing, fewer mistakes, and improved automation. Crucially, it makes the platform agent-ready before AI is introduced.
Phase 3: Alex — The Digital Letting Agent
Phase 3 brings Alex, the intelligent AI control layer. Alex is not a chatbot and does not act autonomously. Landlords interact via chat or voice dictation; Alex interprets their intent, prepares actions, and always asks for approval before doing anything.
Alex can triage maintenance issues, prepare jobs or notices, summarize portfolio and financial status, and highlight what needs attention today. Alex orchestrates workflows and automation, but landlords remain fully in control and approve all actions.
Why This Roadmap Matters
Phase 1 delivers clean data, compliance logic, and full lifecycle coverage. Phase 2 adds structure, automation, and task-driven workflows. Phase 3 introduces AI as the operating interface across the entire platform.
This roadmap is a stepwise evolution, not a reinvention—each phase builds on the last, delivering more capability and automation while keeping users in control.
